I finished the final installment of the Hunger Games trilogy, Mockingjay. I liked this one better then the second one but the first book would still have to be my favorite. Mockingjay had a lot of build up to an intense battle for the Capitol and to assassinate President Snow. Then fizzled out. I was ready more of a battle sequence then what transpired and I understand why a lot of people thought it just lost steam. I must say I was a little disappointed by it but since I was prepared for it I was able to get over it in 3 seconds. I thought the rest of the book was good. I liked that we got to know more about the characters especially the other Victors. In the end Katniss chooses to be with Peeta which I already knew was going to happen and still support after reading the trilogy.
Now I just have to watch the movie. Which I actually want to watch but just need to find the time to do so.
